I think you are perhaps missing the main point. The chronic diseases and disabilities caused by the childhood vaccines are not an unintended consequence of vaccination. They are the primary purpose of such vaccination.
The reason for giving Hep B shot on day 1 is to maximize the number of children with serious (chronic) vaccine side effects. And to ensure that the mother will never know what a naturally healthy baby looks like.
Each child with a serious chronic disease like autism is worth millions in future business for pharma. The revenue from the sale of vaccines is just the icing on the cake.
